Learn to Weave: Make a Christmas Ornament!
In this festive class, you’ll learn how to weave your very own Christmas ornament using a cardboard frame loom. We’ll begin by setting up the warp on your loom, then dive into weaving your weft yarns to create unique and colorful designs. After weaving, you’ll learn how to remove your piece from the loom, weave in the ends, and finish it as a beautiful handmade ornament ready for display.
Throughout the class, we’ll cover basic weaving terminology, techniques, and the essential tools needed to get started. After the class,, you’ll get to keep your loom and needle so you can continue making ornaments or other small weavings at home. This class is perfect for anyone eager to try weaving and add a handmade touch to their holiday décor or to create one-of-a-kind gifts for loved ones!
