Class proposals should be submitted a minimum of 12 weeks in advance of the proposed class date.

• Classes are scheduled first-come first-served.

• Submit a time block REQUEST on the calendar below. We cannot guarantee that the time block you select will be available. FOSY will confirm or deny your selected time block as soon as possible. If your time block request is denied, you can submit a request for another date, or contact FOSY for help.

• Once your class date is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email including:

• Your class date and time

• The date you will receive payment

• You will receive payment via Melio on the Friday of the week that follows your class. 

• The necessary documents you must provide (such as proof of insurance and clearances, if applicable) and their due dates

• The due date of your class listings and sample photos

Class listings and sample photos are due within one week of your class being confirmed.

Class prices must be set at a minimum of $20 per person per hour.
