General Class Policies
Full refunds of the class price are offered up until 3 weeks before the registration deadline. After that, refunds of 50% are offered up to 2 weeks before the registration deadline date. Refunds cannot be accommodated past 2 weeks prior to the registration deadline. In the rare event that a class is canceled by FOSY for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund, regardless of timing.
Class tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to any other class.
Class Make-Up Class Policies for the 6-Part Knitting and Crochet Class Series
Make-up Classes: These classes are designed for each class session to build upon the others. Missing any of the classes will greatly impact your ability to learn and complete the projects. If you know you will not be able to attend one or more of the class sessions, please reach out to us before registering. If you have to miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances, make-up classes are offered according to instructor availability during the day on weekdays for a fee of $35. Evening and weekend make-up classes are not available.
