With a Creative Studio Space, classroom, and shop located in historic downtown York, PA, Fabric of Society York offers the education, support, space, and supplies that makers need to learn and practice the handicrafts that inspire them.
Come into our Studio to get supplies and kits, support and instruction, or just to sit and work on a handicraft project in our peaceful and inspiring space.
Our online shop offers supplies and kits for in-store pickup. Shipping coming soon.
A handicraft is “a skilled activity in which something is made in a traditional way with the hands rather than being produced by machines in a factory.*” The handicrafts that we currently offer education, support, and supplies for are:
